Ingredients
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, sliced or grated
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- Pinch cayenne (optional, for metabolism boost)
Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot.
- Add ginger β simmer 8β10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, strain into a mug.
- Stir in lemon juice & honey.
- Add a pinch of cayenne for extra cleansing.
