🌿Neem Tea (Holistic Detox Tea)
Ingredients
- 1–2 tsp dried neem leaves or bark
- 2 cups filtered water
- ½ tsp honey (optional, after brewing)
- 1 slice lemon or ginger (optional to soften bitterness)
Instructions
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Add neem leaves or bark.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon (optional) — never boil honey.
Suggested Use
- Drink 1–2 times weekly for detox.
- Avoid daily consumption unless guided by a herbalist.
