✨ Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Golden Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (or fresh grated)
  • Pinch black pepper (boosts absorption)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee (optional for deeper absorption)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk over low heat (do not boil).
  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, and ginger.
  3. Stir until frothy & golden.
  4. Remove from heat & blend (optional) for creaminess.
