🌿Neem Tea (Holistic Detox Tea)

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tsp dried neem leaves or bark
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • ½ tsp honey (optional, after brewing)
  • 1 slice lemon or ginger (optional to soften bitterness)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add neem leaves or bark.
  3. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Add honey or lemon (optional) — never boil honey.

Suggested Use

  • Drink 1–2 times weekly for detox.
  • Avoid daily consumption unless guided by a herbalist.

Caution: Neem is powerful. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid neem, and anyone with medical conditions should consult a doctor before long-term use.
